--> We are in need of a volunteer from the condo buildings to join our Board of Directors to ensure that both phases of Forest Greens have a voice on the board. A fully functioning board is essential to maintain our property values, ensure our homes are insurable, and make sure our community remains attractive to future buyers.

--> Without a board, we risk having to rely on our attorney at a rate of $390 or more per hour, or worse, dissolve the HOA entirely. These are not viable options for the health of our community. Welcome to Forest Greens Condominium Association of Hiawatha, Iowa. Our property is located at 250 Cimarron Drive in Hiawatha, IA. The Forest Greens Condominium Association currently consists of 107 units with a mix of apartment style condominiums and town homes. The spacious property is surrounded by the Dry Run Creek wooded area and St. Andrews Golf Course.

Forest Greens condominiums consist of 72 apartment style units located in three buildings (Phase I). Forest Greens town homes consist of 23 town home units within six buildings (Phase II). In 2022 Abode Construction added 12 additional town home units within 6 buildings. This addition brought our town home total to 35 and our total number of units to 107.

This web site is a means of keeping our owners and residents informed of activities at Forest Greens. It also permits us to provide up to date information on various projects approved by our Board of Directors. It provides information regarding the Forest Greens community.
