These are the Bylaws of FOREST GREENS CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as "Association"), a corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 504A of the Code of Iowa, for the purpose of administering Cedar Trail Village, a horizontal property regime (condominium) established pursuant to Chapter 499B of the Code of Iowa, located on the following-described real estate in Linn County, Iowa:
