Waste Disposal Information
Condos Residents:
The Condos (buildings 100, 200, and 300) have garbage pickup as a charge in the monthly association fee to Affinity Property Management. Garbage pickup for condo dumpsters is Mondays and Thursdays.
All recyclable items are to be placed in the dumpster in front of Building 200. Pick-up for the recyclable items is Tuesdays and Thursdays. For more detailed information on trash and recycling for the Condos, please click on the link provided below.

Town Home Residents:
The townhouses do not have the same garbage service as the three condo buildings. Town home residents are NOT to use the dumpsters that are located near the first three condo buildings. The owners of the townhouses are required to arrange for their own garbage pickup. (See Community Information for a list of vendors).
