Insurance Information & Requirements
The Association maintains a master insurance policy which provides coverage for common areas and the exterior building elements, including but not limited to:
- Roof
- Exterior Walls
- Foundations
- Corridors
- Lobbies
- All Shared Property
This policy generally does not cover the interior of units, individual improvements, or personal belongings.
Owners are responsible for securing and maintaining insurance for the interior of their units, their personal property, personal liability, and any betterments and improvements to their units. Each owner must provide proof of insurance as required by Association policies.
Owners should refer to policy years 2025-2026 and 2024-2025 for current certificates and applicable deductibles.
