Selling or Leasing Units
If you are leasing your unit, please provide a copy of the lease to Forest Greens Condominiums Board of Directors or Affinity Property Management. If you are selling you unit, please provide a notification of intent to the Board of Directors of Forest Greens Condonminiums or Preferred Property Management.
The Board serves to see that the condo rules and its by-laws are followed and enforced. Affinity Property Management can sometimes bring interested buyers or renters in touch with you. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. may connect you with interested parties.
If you intend to rent your unit, a Landlord/Tenant agreement must be completed and submitted to both Affinity Property Management and the Forest Greens Condos Board.
