The management company is responsible for maintaining the property and ensuring that it is up to environmental standards, communicating with homeowners about conditions, covenants and restrictions (CC&R) violations, managing the association’s finances, handling questions and concerns from homeowners, obtaining and managing the association’s insurance policy and preparing reports.
Affinity Property Management (APM) serves as property manager for our Association’s common area management requirements. Their telephone is answered 24 hours per day, seven days per week to handle after hours and weekend emergencies (319-393-0814). Normal business may be conducted from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Association Fee Payments
Association fee payments should go to APM’s office. Make checks or money orders out to ‘Affinity Property Management’ and mail to: Affinity Property Management, 116 27th Street NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402.
To have dues withdrawn monthly by APM, fill out the ACH Association Fee form and return it to their office.

Independent Contractors
APM works with approved independent contractors to provide property management and administrative services. These contractors are expected to work professionally, safely, and present a good appearance.
Please contact Affinity Property Management with any complaints about contractors. Do not give instructions or complaints directly to workers.
